| An altar for protection |
I prefer the term
thought form because it accurately describes what I am talking about.
It is form made entirely of thought. It exists as an energy and can
be grown and used.
A few years back, I
was in a group that did a lot of healing work. I set up an altar for
my healing meditation and the focal point of the altar was a candle
dedicated to the ocean as my chart pulls healing energy from the
element of water. It became a bit of a problem to keep taking the
altar down and then putting it back up so one night I took a good
picture of it. The next ritual, I brought it up as a screen saver
while holding the single candle. It was one of those big glass
apothecary jar candles. When that candle burned down, I found votive
candles in the same color and scent to use. It allowed me to maintain
this virtual altar for healing and in the process create this
electronic thought form from which I could withdraw energy by
visualizing it and put energy into it at proper times during the week
for later workings. Having a focus makes any work easier.
Thus I began to
think today that setting a variety of altars for specific purposes,
charging them and then taking a picture while maintaining something
from the altar in a small box or bag to use as a connection to the
thought form would be a feasible shortcut for my magical work. Not
only that, but whenever someone sought that particular energy or
work, I could simply upload the picture of the altar to the comments
and set the thought form into action, anchoring onto the person's
electronic signature. As long as I maintain the energy level of the
thought form and even if others use it as a storage device and a
focus, it should continue working forever.
Thus, I have my
project for the rest of the year.
